These answers describe WHATNAIL products and current checkout options. Available shapes vary by design; wear time depends on your adhesive, preparation and daily activity.
Are WHATNAIL press-on nails reusable?
Yes. Applied with adhesive tabs, a set lifts off gently and can be worn again. With nail glue (15–30 days wear) the set may not survive removal; choose tabs when you want to rewear.
How long do press-on nails last?
Adhesive tabs last 3–7 days, solid gel cured with a nail lamp lasts 7–15 days, and nail glue lasts 15–30 days. Good preparation adds days to any method.
What sizes do you offer?
Every set comes in XS, S, M and L. Measure each natural nail at its widest point; if you fall between sizes, choose the larger. S is the most common fit.
Which nail shapes can I choose?
Each design lists the shapes it is made in — Almond, Square, Coffin, Oval and Round depending on the set.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $5.99 on orders of fewer than two sets, and free on any order of two or more sets.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
How do I apply press-on nails?
Pre-fit all ten nails, push back cuticles, lightly buff and clean with an alcohol pad. Apply adhesive, press each nail firmly for 30 seconds, and avoid water for the first hour.
Are the nails really handmade?
Yes. Every WHATNAIL set is handmade in small editions — hand-painted, sculpted and finished by nail artists.
What is your return policy?
Every WHATNAIL set is made to order after you place your order. For this reason, and for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Cancellations are reviewed case by case, but orders already in production cannot be refunded.
How do I measure for WHATNAIL sizes?
Start with clean, dry natural nails. Wrap soft measuring tape across the widest part of each nail, following the curve from sidewall to sidewall. Record all ten widths in millimetres and compare them with the XS–L size chart. If your measurements do not match a standard size, contact hello@whatnail.com before ordering.
Always follow your adhesive manufacturer’s application and removal instructions. Do not force off a nail that resists removal. Contact us for questions about your set.
