Fit, wear time, shipping and care — everything about your handmade press-on nails in one place.
Yes — reusability is part of the design. Applied with adhesive tabs, a set lifts off gently and can be worn again. With nail glue the wear is longest (15–30 days) but the set may not survive removal; choose tabs when you want to rewear.
It depends on the method: adhesive tabs last 3–7 days, solid gel (cured with a nail lamp) lasts 7–15 days, and nail glue lasts 15–30 days. Good preparation — pushing back cuticles, lightly buffing and cleaning the nail plate — adds days to any method.
Every set comes in XS, S, M and L. Measure each natural nail at its widest point and match it to the size guide; if you fall between sizes, choose the larger. S is our most common fit and a good first choice.
Each design lists the shapes it is made in — Almond, Square, Coffin, Oval and Round depending on the set. Pick your shape on the product page before adding the set to your bag.
Shipping is a flat $5.99 on orders of fewer than two sets, and free on any order of two or more sets. The shipping line is added automatically at checkout.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Handmade sets dispatch within 10 business days. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination.
Pre-fit all ten nails first. Push back your cuticles, lightly buff the nail surface and clean it with the alcohol pad. Apply your chosen adhesive — tabs, solid gel or glue — press each nail on firmly for 30 seconds, and avoid water for the first hour.
Yes. Every WHATNAIL set is handmade in small editions — hand-painted, sculpted and finished by nail artists, from minimal French tips to full fall and winter nail art. No two sets leave the studio identical.
Every WHATNAIL set is made to order after you place your order. For this reason, and for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds — please review your size and shape carefully before ordering. Cancellations are reviewed case by case, but orders already in production cannot be refunded.
